Delivery is general a charge of £2.95 in the UK. This covers the shipping methods that we will use which is usually 48 Hour tracked shipping via either Royal Mail or InPost. 

We aim to process and ship orders within 2-5 working days of them being placed unless there is a notice on the site stating otherwise. We aim to get the products to you within around a weeks time, however this is only during working days. Please note that during times of increased traffic we may take longer and there will be a notice to expect delays due to a high volume of orders or other circumstances.

We will look into the tracking of the parcel and see where it was last seen, what depot it was at and contact the courier that was supposed to deliver the items. However if for some reason, they have been lost in transit and there is no trace of the parcel even making it to you, then we will issue a full refund of the product.

There is no guarantee that your order will get processed on the same day, due to working full time and family commitments, it may take a little longer to get it processed, however once it is processed, you can rest easy, knowing that your purchase will be on the way in the coming days from receiving that notification from the store.

In short, yes you can, however you will need proof (pictures) of the items condition and also proof of purchase (invoice/emails).
